Peer to Peer and Team Recognition

Kudos Thanks brings peer to peer and team based recognition to IBM Connections.

The Kudos Thanks widgets enables users of IBM Connections to recognise great work from their peers or within their teams. By selecting from a range of available badges and adding a personal message you are able to send thanks to your colleagues or team members.

Kudos "Thanks" appears on users activity streams so their network learn about the great work they have done. The recognition then stays visible on the person's profile so that peers and colleagues can see and recognise the value that is placed on a persons work.

Select from a range of Thanks related badges or create your own custom badges to suit your organisations culture. You can even create Manager or Team badges that can only be awarded by certain users or groups within IBM Connections.
